Virginia Dare Extract Company, Brooklyn, NY, has announced the appointment of Henry W. Todd, Jr. to the position of vice president, International.  Mr. Todd will be based in Paris, France, and will be responsible for managing the company’s business in Europe and parts of the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Mr. Todd brings 20 years of food ingredient experience, most recently as managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa for A.M., where he worked since 2005.
